Nike has made such a simple phrase so popular. Just do it. Those three words can be used as motivation for any scenario. Whether you are participating in a sport, need motivation to study for a test, or like me, motivation to get out of the bed every morning.

This week has been a harder health week for me. But I realized the other day, when I looked down at my Nike shoes (which serves not only as fashion, but comfort and y’all know how important comfort is when you’re not feeling well. 😉) That I need to “Just Do It.” Even if I don’t have anything planned for that day, just get out of bed and do it. I just want to encourage you that yes, each week will come with new struggles, but if you have the mindset of facing it no matter what, and with the “Just Do It” attitude. I can promise you will feel more productive and when you feel more productive, you’ll be happier! So, think about what you were struggling with this week, and think of ways you can take on next weeks struggles, and “Just Do It!” Remember it doesn’t have to be some huge ordeal, we each have our own versions of how we “Just Do It.” Through the good, the bad, and the ugly, we all have a choice on how to react during those times.
